Nicki Inman
Project Consultant
Nicki Inman brings over 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and revenue-generation, holding leadership positions at organizations of a variety of sizes. With RSC, she has worked with organizations across the country to provide campaign counsel and coaching, direct mail services, and data analytics to support clients’ fundraising growth.
Before joining the RSC team, Nicki served as the Senior Director of Patron Development for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra responsible for broad-base fundraising and ticket sales with annual revenue goals of approximately $9 million. She and her team grew annual giving, doubled the organization’s donor base and online giving, and developed a suite of analytical tools to identify opportunities for growth in a mature annual giving program.
Nicki emphasizes fundamentals, innovation, and analysis to solidify best practices for consistent, reliable results and growth.
Prior to the DSO, Nicki served in leadership roles at orchestras in Memphis, Tennessee; Roanoke, Virginia; and Syracuse, New York, where she oversaw increases in individual giving, subscription sales, and patron retention.
Nicki graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with degrees in accounting and music. She is honored to have been selected for Leadership Memphis (2011), the League of American Orchestras’ Executive Leadership Program (2008-2010), and Leadership Greater Syracuse (2006). She is an active volunteer with AFS-USA and cultural exchange.
