Since the inception of RSC in 2006, Bob has shared his successful system with hundreds of organizations nationwide, fortifying their philanthropic fundamentals and enhancing revenue results. These collaborations encompass top-tier orchestras, opera companies, arts centers and world-renowned performing arts conservatories. As RSC’s Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, Bob leads the ongoing development of RSC’s best-practice revenue-enhancement approach, along with producing high-quality revenue-enhancing educational offerings geared specifically to the arts community.

Prior to establishing RSC, Bob acquired extensive fundraising experience while serving on staff at three leading U.S. symphony orchestras. These roles served as a pivotal training ground, propelling Bob to become one of the country's most proficient coaches in arts philanthropy.
